What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is just 12 stanchions — enough for one entrance or a short line — with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.

How fast will my stanchions arrive?

Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished stanchions ship in about 2 weeks — express turnaround is available when you are working to an opening date.

Belt or rope?

Retractable belts for queues, throughput and anything where the line changes shape. Velvet ropes where the barrier is part of the presentation — theatres, galas, showrooms and private rooms.

Will the posts mark our floors?

No. Bases are cast with the mass low and finished with a friction ring or felt underside, so they hold position on polished stone without scratching it.

Can you print our logo on the belts?

Yes, on both faces along the full belt length, so it reads from either side of a queue. Stock safety messages are available too if you need closed-for-cleaning or no-entry lines.

Do you plan the layout?

Yes, free. Send a floor plan or a dimensioned sketch and your expected throughput, and we return a scaled drawing with post positions, belt lengths and aisle widths — which routinely reduces the order.

Can we match a specific finish?

Yes. Polished brass, chrome, satin nickel, matte black and white are stock, and powder-coated posts can be matched to a PMS reference on larger runs.

Can I order a sample first?

Our minimum of 12 exists so you can stand a post in the actual space before committing. Order a small batch, put it on the floor, then scale up on the same specification.
